Converter4a is designed to be a "Privacy-First" platform. We do not store your uploaded files permanently. Files are processed in temporary memory or isolated temporary directories and deleted immediately after you download them or when your session expires.

2. Use of Cookies

We use essential cookies to manage your session and provide basic functionality like the visitor counter and authentication status. For Pro users, we store minimal profile information provided by Google (Name, Email, Profile Picture).

3. File Security

All file transfers are encrypted via SSL/TLS. We do not peek into your documents. The processing is automated using open-source libraries (qpdf, pikepdf, etc.), ensuring no human intervention.

4. Analytics

We collect anonymous analytics like total visits and time spent on the site to improve our services. We use ProxyFix to accurately identify traffic patterns while maintaining user anonymity.

5. Third-Party Services

We use Google OAuth for authentication. When you log in with Google, they share your name, email, and profile picture with us as per their privacy policy.
